1. General
All costs are in conformity with current laws and are expressed in euros (€). Value Added Tax (VAT), which is charged on all online purchases, is already factored into the price.
According to the rules of Article 146 of Directive 2006/112, orders going to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla are free from paying VAT. This does not affect the application of taxes and duties in accordance with the laws in effect in each of these places.
Despite the fact that the Holder maintains the right to change its prices at any moment, the products will always be invoiced using the rates in effect at the time of purchase, barring any glaring typographical errors.
Any User with whom the Holder has a disagreement or with whom there have been issues with the payment of prior purchases may have their order rejected by the Holder.
2. User obligations
Any User who makes a purchase using this website certifies that they are of legal age or an approved minor, fully capable of using a payment method, and that they have enough money to pay for all charges associated with the purchase of products. The User further declares to unconditionally and fully accept all of the terms of this Legal Notice.
By placing an order, the User accepts the terms and conditions of the product being offered. For this reason, the Holder warns that the products depicted in the website's photographs may have minor variations from the finished product in terms of size, color, components, etc. due to manufacturer availability. The photographs' intended use will be to provide the User with orientation or presentational ideas, without ever claiming that they are contractual images. In any case, the Holder guarantees that these variations will not result in lower product quality.
3. Shipment conditions
The following link provides the most recent shipping prices by location.
Delivery schedules may change over the Christmas season. Delivery on the days set aside for the Christmas season are not guaranteed after December 21.
Orders are not managed or delivered on weekends or federal holidays.
Within Spain, shipping is free for orders above 90 euros.
The user is solely responsible for any additional transportation charges resulting from the declaration of an incomplete or erroneous address.
4. Orders
You are putting an order to buy the things listed in the shopping basket by clicking the "checkout" button, and this transaction is always subject to our acceptance. For the avoidance of doubt, the transaction will be deemed accepted once the payment information has been received and confirmed and we issue a written notification explicitly confirming the order. In the event that any of the ordered items are out of stock, Real Sociedad de Fútbol has been victim of fraud, there are discrepancies regarding payment, or there is a typographical or mathematical error, Real Sociedad de Fútbol reserves the right to refuse the order and/or payment method.
5.Methods of payment and secutrity
The User conducting an online payment transaction shall use improved authentication in accordance with Directive (EU) 2015/2366 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2015 on payment services in the internal market. A second identification factor, such as a PIN code that the User will receive on his cell phone and must enter to validate his purchase, may be required depending on the method of payment selected and the economic value, with the exceptions allowed by the Directive.
The PSD2 Directive states that when at least two of the following are utilized for authentication, strong authentication is present. - Information (which only the User is aware of, such as a password, PIN code, access information, etc.) - Possession (something that only the User possesses, such as an email address or a cell phone that receives an SMS to confirm the transaction). - Inheritance (a quality that the User possesses, such as the potential for biometric verification using a fingerprint or facial recognition technology, for example).
These components don't depend on one another. That is to say, the confidentiality of the identity data is always protected, and the violation of one does not undermine the accuracy of the others.
We provide several payment options for the convenience of the User:
Keep in mind that nothing may be changed or added to the order once the payment has been made until you have it at home. Real Sociedad retains the right to cancel the transaction for security reasons and instantly refund the amount on the purchase card if our security staff suspects any abnormality or fraud. The club is not liable for any differences in exchange rates that may arise when processing the refund.
1) Credit card
- This payment option is instant, 100 percent safe, and approved by Redsys/Caixabank secure servers in the payment gateway. Credit card information will never be revealed.
- Visa, 4B, American Express, Maestro, and Master Card are all accepted forms of payment.
-To reduce the risk of fraud, only secured credit cards will be accepted. Secured cards have security codes attached to them that must be entered when the card is transferred to the bank's payment gateway at the conclusion of the transaction. The bank is required to give you the essential details and passwords if you do not have a secured card for online payments.
2) PayPal
-Online money transfers between customers and businesses are made possible by a secure payment solution. When choosing this option during order completion, the user will have direct access to the PayPal website. You simply need to create a PayPal account in order to make payments; after that, all you need to do is enter your email address and password. You may either create an account right away or make the payment straight by providing your credit card information. The information entered on the PayPal website is kept private.
3) Bizum
- A safe payment solution that makes it possible for customers and companies to send and receive money via phone. The User will provide his phone number by choosing this method at the time of concluding the order. You can make payments by confirming the transaction in your banking service without entering any bank information; all you need to do is be active in the service. The entered data are not shared.
6. Warranties
The products' warranties will be provided by the manufacturers in accordance with the applicable laws for each product, which are specified in particular instances in the product description. The User may get in touch with the Holder for processing if they have any queries about warranties or need to make a claim on any goods they bought from this website.
7. Withdrawal rights
The consumer has a right to cancel their purchase.
Within fourteen days of receiving the remotely acquired good or service, the customer has the right to cancel the transaction without providing any justification or explanation. All payments made must be made by the online retailer, including any shipping fees that were covered by the customer. Unless the entrepreneur has agreed to bear them or has not notified him that it is up to him to cover these costs, the consumer and user will only be responsible for the actual costs of returning the items.

ORDER RETURNS
How do I return an order?
1. Open your Personal area after logging in with your account.
2. Find the order in the 'Orders' area and choose 'Return'.
3. Select the return method and confirm the procedure after you have finished the return steps.
4. Real Sociedad de Fútbol receives the request for a return, and we will get in touch with you to arrange a return. You can track the progress of the return once the package transit has begun using the order tracking feature in your private area.
Reminder: The processing time for refunds is up to 14 business days.
RETURN POLICY
Our return process is simple. After receiving the package, you have 30 days to return the goods.
Items being returned must be undamaged, have the original tags attached, and be in their original packaging. Upon delivery, returned items will be examined before your refund is issued.
Refund processing may take up to 14 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to you once it has been finished.
Customers are responsible for paying all return fees.
Important information:
Returns on personalized products are not accepted. Only items that are inaccurate, damaged, or defective will be eligible for a refund. If a player leaves the team, changes their player number, or the team logo changes, we will not be held responsible once the jersey has been printed.
9. Availability
Except in cases of computer fault or other improbable circumstances, the Owner agrees not to make an item that is not in stock available to Users.
