How do I return an item?
1. Open your Personal area after logging in with your account.
2. Find your order in the Orders area and choose the Return option.
3. Select the return method and confirm the procedure after you have finished the return steps.
4. The Club receives the return request, and will get in touch with you to arrange the return.
You can monitor the return's progress after the package is in transit by using the order tracking featured in your private area.
Reminder: the turnaround time for refunds is up to 14 business days.
RETURN POLICY
We have an easy return procedure. After receiving the package, you have 30 days to return the goods.
Items being returned must be undamaged, unused, and still have their original tags on them. Upon delivery, returned items will be examined before your refund is issued.
Refund processing may take up to 14 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to you once it has been finished.
Customers are responsible for paying all return fees.
Important information:
Returns on personalized products are not accepted. Only items that are inaccurate, damaged, or defective will be eligible for a refund. After a jersey has been printed, we will not be held liable if a player leaves the squad, changes their player number, or if the team changes its uniforms.
